Air Line Repair

Arrived to customer's business to repair a 1" PVC line that is used for compressed air. Cut out a 1" tee to make the repair possible. Added a coupling to 2 pipes that were connected to the old tee and used a new tee to connect them. The other end of the tee was sent outside. New pipe was installed and connected with a 90. I used purple primer and Christy's red hot glue. Ran the compressors to max pressure and there was no leaking. Max pressure was about 200 psi. Pipe insulation was put on the exposed pipe outside to prevent uv damage.
