Novo Water Softener

Technician arrived to the customer's home to install a NOVO water softener. The water shutoff was in the garage with the garage with the loop and an exposed hard line. Tested the water at the garage utility sink and it was a 3.5-4 grains hard. Softener was set at 5 grains hard to ensure proper softening. The regen time was set at 2 AM and set to municipal. The 3 ball manual bypass was done with PEX-A and crimp fittings. 1" SS supply lines were used and everything was installed. Attached files show the install and all material. No leaks or issues. Manual regen was done with the backwash to manufacturers directions to ensure no media entered the home. After which a full regen was started. No leaks on any material or piping. The drain and brine tank supply were watertight. 3 bags of 40 lb salt pellets were installed. Explained how to use the bypass and when to add salt.
