Shop Winterization

Arrived to winterize the shop on the property. Went into house crawlspace and turned off the ball valve servings the shop. Went into the shop and drained the hot and cold water. Added a tee with a drop ear to allow me to blow out the system. Killed the breaker for the small tankless water heater. Using a compressor, I blew out the hot and cold lines. The toilet supply valve was turned off to not blow compressed air into the the tank. The sharbite valve was dripping slowly when I arrived. After all of the water was blown out, I turned off the ball valve in the shop and blew the lines out again. After I vacuumed the toilet bowl and tank to removed all of the water. A gallon of antifreeze was added to the tank. A small amount was also added to the bowl. The toilet was flushed twice to cycle the antifreeze. The lav got a half gallon and the Tubular trap is glowing pink. A full gallon was also added to the shower. The drip ear has a boilermaker drain on it for easy use for next year's winterization. All finished.
